Health Insurance Coverage That Fits Your Situation

Medicare, life and final expense insurance explained in plain language. Call (267) 315-4063 or book an appointment with Phoenix Rising Insurance.

Medicare, Life and Final Expense, Under One Agent

We work with clients on three kinds of coverage: Medicare plans for people aging into the program or reassessing during a specific enrollment window, term and whole life policies, and final expense plans sized to cover burial and related costs. Each policy card below covers what the plan actually does, not just its name.

  • Medicare Advantage & Supplement Plans: helps people turning 65 or already on Medicare compare carrier options during their enrollment window and pick coverage that matches their doctors and prescriptions.
  • Term Life Insurance: a fixed-length policy that pays a death benefit to your beneficiaries, suited to parents or homeowners who want coverage while a mortgage or dependents are still in the picture.
  • Whole Life Insurance: permanent coverage that builds cash value over time, suited to clients who want a policy that never expires as long as premiums are paid.
  • Final Expense Insurance: a smaller, simplified whole life policy designed to cover funeral and burial costs so family isn't left with that bill.

We Explain the Policy Before You Sign, Not After

A lot of clients come to us holding a policy they don't fully understand, or a Medicare renewal letter they can't decode. We sit down, go through the actual terms in plain language, and point out what's covered, what isn't, and where the gaps are. If a policy no longer fits — premiums went up, health changed, needs shifted — we run a review and look at whether a different carrier or plan type would serve better.

When We Can Meet

We're open Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 9:59pm, and closed Sunday. Appointments run in person or by phone, whichever works for your schedule.

I'd been putting off dealing with my Medicare Advantage renewal for months. We went through it together and switched me to a plan that actually covers my regular prescriptions.

I never understood what my old life policy actually paid out or to whom until we sat down and went line by line through it.

After a policy review, my premium came down noticeably and I kept the same coverage I had before.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you help with Medicare enrollment specifically?

Yes. We work with clients during their initial enrollment window when first becoming eligible, as well as during annual enrollment if they want to switch plans.

What's the difference between term and whole life insurance?

Term life covers you for a set number of years and pays a death benefit if you pass during that term. Whole life is permanent and builds cash value over time, but generally costs more per month.

Can you review a policy I already have?

Yes. Bring in your current documents and we'll go through the coverage, premium, and whether it still matches your needs.

Is final expense insurance the same as life insurance?

It's a type of whole life policy, just smaller in coverage amount and specifically sized to handle funeral and burial costs rather than broader financial replacement.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 9:59pm, and closed on Sunday.
